Couple's Choice Awards ™ recognizes the best local wedding vendors from the WeddingWire Network who demonstrate quality and service excellence within the wedding industry. Unlike other awards in which winners are selected by the organization, the WeddingWire Couples Choice Awards™ are determined by the quality, quantity, recency, and consistency of reviews from over 1.2 million WeddingWire newlyweds. The 2014 award recipients represent the top five percent of WeddingWire's vendor community, which consists of over 200,000 wedding professionals throughout the US and Canada. Some may recall that in years past this award was named the Bride’s Choice Awards. This year’s name change is meant to be more inclusive of all types of couples who submit the reviews that qualify each business.

Here is what some of our guests have written:
"What an elegant country inn should be..."
"Among the many inns available near Montpelier, we found Westwood Farm to be
a beautifully restored farmhouse with contemporary appointments. The
owners/innkeepers, Elizabeth and Jay have brought their professional
experiences together to create something rare: a property that offers great
attention to detail while maintaining an unpretentious feel. It is clear
that they care very much about the experience they offer their guests. The
wonderful breakfasts, helpful suggestions of area attractions and
knowledgeable conversations made us feel welcome. Don't miss Ziggy Stardust,
a budding pop icon in the area, who happens to be the inn's resident

The Inn is one of the most beautiful B&Bs I have ever stayed in so far. It
is in a fantastic surrounding and the interior design as well as all little
accessories are selected with care and love. You feel that the innkeepers -
Elizabeth Goeke & Jay Billie - live for this B&Bs and have dedicated a lot
of time and still do in setting up a wonderful environment for travelers
preferring to stay in a small hotel with the luxury and servicing of a 5 star.
Elizabeth Goeke & Jay Billie cater for all individual wishes regarding
food, etc. Their care does not leave anything to be desired.
"They are also very creative regarding the food they serve. Every day one is
surprised by another wonderful breakfast dish created on the basis of their
garden's natural resources. And for the early birds coffee and tea are
served to the rooms at 7.00 a.m. In the evening, drinks and snacks are
provided on the beautiful patio or the dinning room, if requested.
The Inn at Westwood Farm is a must for all Virginia and B&Bs lovers, no
matter if you are from North America or Europe."
