Virginia Historic Garden Week
Topics: Harvesting, conditioning, and arranging with fresh spring blooms. Field trip to flower destination, Wollam Gardens in Jeffersonton, VA.
Take home: Harvest bucket with all the tools necessary to create beautiful arrangements from your blooms in the garden - floral snips, 10 oz. hydroflor, florists tape, frog, fall blooming bulbs.
Treat yourself, take-off in the middle of the week and come celebrate Spring in her finest days!

The Workshop: This spring workshop will focus on how to harvest, condition, & arrange backyard blooms. We'll travel to flower destination, Wollam Gardens, tour the grounds, and harvest blooms for flower arranging activities the following day. Walk away with new ideas for your flower garden, a fresh arrangement for the table, and all the tools necessary to do it all again with home grown blooms! What a lovely way to spend the middle of the week!

Schedule:
Wednesday: Check-in for Inn guest is 1:00pm. Workshop starts at 2:30p.m. - 5:30p.m. Appetizers and local Virginia wine served at 5:30p.m.
Thursday: Workshop 9:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. Lunch served 12:30pm - 1:30p.m.
Virginia wine served at 5:30p.m.
Go home relaxed, inspired, and prepared to start your own flower garden as well to create this years' home made Easter dinner centerpiece.
Inn Guests: Check-in Wednesday at 1:00p.m Workshop 2:30p.m.- 5:30p.m.
Thursday: Workshop 9:00 a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Check-out Friday at 12:00 noon.
Tuition includes luxury accommodations for two nights, early morning coffee or tea outside your door, two course gourmet breakfast, evening appetizers served with Virginia wine, instruction, and most materials. All room rates are double occupancy, consider bringing a friend.
